Anyone can learn a hadeeth inshaa Allaah

The hadeeth snippets on this blog are words that the Prophet sall Allaahu alaihi wa sallam actually said. Just a few words long, with printable colouring sheets and audio clips, they are ideal for beginners, children and those who cannot read any Arabic.

A new snippet from Nawawee’s 40 Hadeeth collection is posted each week inshaa Allaah. Subscribe to have them sent to you each week. There are 40 in total.

Snippet 40: Allaah forgives extensively

يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ! لَوْ بَلَغَتْ ذُنُوبُك عَنَانَ السَّمَاءِ ثُمَّ اسْتَغْفَرْتنِي غَفَرْتُ لَك

O son of Adam! Were your sins to reach up the clouds of the sky,
and you were then to ask forgiveness from Me, I would forgive you.

Snippet 38: Seeking knowledge leads to Paradise

وَمَنْ سَلَكَ طَرِيقًا يَلْتَمِسُ فِيهِ عِلْمًا سَهَّلَ اللَّهُ لَهُ بِهِ طَرِيقًا إلَى الْجَنَّةِ

Whoever takes a path seeking knowledge in that,
Allaah will make easy for him a path to Paradise.
